It is possible to combine different sizes. Therefore, it is easy to find the right combination and fit for the individual sporthorse.

Combine a correctly fitted Hocket Body size (covering back/sides/stomach) with a separate selected size of Hocket Front.

Add a removable Hocket Neck in the right size. The Hocket fits your horse, no matter their conformation.

The Hocket system enables the horse to move ergonomically whilst eating, stationary and in motion. As well as minimizing the effort for the handler.

The fastenings/openings are placed on the sides so that they don’t disturb the horse and make it more ergonomic and safer for you to handle.

They can be opened with one hand, even when wearing gloves.

We believe our products should last a long time. They should not have a negative impact on humans, animals or the environment.

Therefore we make sure that we use OEKO-TEX® and bluesign® as much as possible.

The soft front flex with durable 4D-spacer combined with protective foam that makes it ultra comfortable.

It’s shaped around sensitive areas to give maximum flexibility and softness. The soft front flex reduces pressure and increases circulation and has no buckles against the neck.

The shape follows the top of the horse’s shoulder blade. The cushion ensures that the withers section is extra long and effective. Springy, flexible, breathable, light, soft, shaped foam.

The pressure-relieving pillows eliminate much of the pressure that otherwise naturally arises on the wither.

Especially on the sloping backside, when the horse bends its head to eat. Seams around the bridged construction are hidden, so rubbing is eliminated.

This light filling is exclusively used in the outdoor industry, and we are proud to bring it into the equine industry. Regulated heat level that gives you warmth when needed and temperature controlled when necessary.

The moisture-wicking carbon-blended Equifleece is extremely breathable with a fantastic wicking capability.

The comfortable high tech Equishell membrane has a watercolumn of
10,000 mm. (The normal standard for rugs is 3,000 mm).

This height is measured in the pipe and the higher the value obtained, the better the material is resistant towards rain.

All openings are placed on the sides, so they don’t affect the horse’s movement or create rubs and injuries.

We have included a doubled safety system in relevant areas of the Hocket® to ensure the safety of the horse and easy to handle manually.

The Nylon 6 buckles are strong and flexible without sharp edges and is very easy to open with just one hand.

The buckles work even when it’s cold weather.

The unique design closes snugly around the abdomen. Protecting the skin and internal organs from cold, wet and wind.

The belly-straps are totally stretchable. Increasing comfort and safety, especially when the horses lie down or take a deep breath.

The buckles are strong and flexible. Without sharp edges or hard metal.

The straps can be adjusted to fit the individual horse.

To control weather and wind, the entire Hocket is swept into a structure with zippers on the side.

It is also well shaped to ensure there are no gaps when the horse lowers its head. The neck consists of twelve major parts, as well as many smaller ones. Ensuring that the underside of the neck is well protected, even when the horse is in motion.

To get it a snug fit around the head – it’s possible to adjust it with elasticated bands.

Shaped around the hind area with carefully placed darts and seams. This creates a snug fit around the body, without bulky intakes.

The elastic and soft construction of the tail strap is without any hard buckles to minimize the risk of chafing and ensures that wind and cold cannot creep in.

The Hocket® is produced in Europe. In Europe we meet and exceed the world’s most demanding environmental law and policy regulations. As set by the European Union.

The products must be as good for the horses as they are for the environment. That is why we use OEKO-TEX® textiles. 

The outside-fabric in outdoor Hocket® is blended with Cordura and another strong fibre to give it even more delicate features.

The heavy-duty performance CORDURA® are made with high tenacity nylon 6,6 filament yarns and offer enhanced tear and abrasion resistance, often used for military body armour and motorcycle gear.

Dense – tight woven fabric profile.
Woven – minimum basket weave.

The Hocket Neck is shaped around the withers without gaps to eliminate wind, regardless of movement or if the horse has its head down.

Coolmax® fibre-based
moisture systems are an effective functional material. The system moves sweat away from the body, through the fabric, where it can evaporate quickly, allowing horses to feel cooler and more comfortable.

The nice feel, breathability, lightness and all year round comfort that the Coolmax® fabric brings to the skin gives us peace of mind. The Coolmax® fabric that we use is produced in Europe under bluesign® and with OEKO-TEX®.

There are reflective patches on all parts of the Hocket®, to make sure the horse is visible in the dark.

We want to make sure the products are as good for the horses as they are for the environment, therefor we use bluesign® textiles.

No buckles on the Hocket Neck. Just zipper, velcro and snap-button placed on the side in a position to make it more comfortable for your horse when having the head down + it is easier to handle.
