RETURN AND REFUND OR CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you wish to cancel or return your order, please find the returns link in the ‘My Orders’ page or contact us via email.

If you are based in the EU you also have the right to cancel your order. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Provided you give us written notice. Notice can be given any time after your order has been placed, up until 14 working days. Counting from the day after you received your order. Notice of contract cancellation under the regulations must be given by this email.

Please note that this cancellation right does not apply to certain items. Including (without limit) products made to your specification or which have been personalised.

For orders cancelled under the regulations, we will issue you with a full refund. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition to the original delivery country.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you. This will be at your cost.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Products are faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered to be faulty.

Refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency. Refunds will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amounted refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid.
 
On receipt of the return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 30 days.

Please retain your Shipping Note and Order Confirmation until you have received your refund.

RETURN POLICY

We are sorry that you would like to return something. We really would like to provide you with excellent products.

Items should be returned within 30 days of their delivery date. Equimade guarantees a full refund of the returned items. Provided that all items are returned unused and perfectly fine condition, i.e. in the same condition they were in upon your receipt.

► This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn. (Other than to try the item on. But then with a protection cover so no hair or bacteria have come in contact with the product). Labels or tags should be intact.

The Equimade packaging is considered to be a part of the product. It must be returned with the products. This is also to ensure that the product(s) arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted. They will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. You will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We cannot be responsible for any loss. For any item(s) you have chosen to send to us yourself that becomes lost or missing.

If the item you have received is defective, or if you wish to cancel or return your order, please contact us. A member of the team will be happy to process your wish.
