The following Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Equimade AB, hereinafter referred to as “Equimade”, “us” or ”we”, at the Equimade’s website, mobile website, or mobile application, or via telephone (jointly referred to as ”Equimade.com”).
By accessing Equimade.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out herein (the ”T&C”). Please make sure you have read and understood the T&C before placing your order. If you do not agree with these T&C, you may not use Equimade.com.
The inclusion of any product on Equimade.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Equimade may modify the T&C from time to time without prior notice to you. It is your responsibility to regularly check the T&C. Please read the T&C and check back often. It will indicate at the bottom of this page the date the T&C was last revised. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new T&C.
We want to provide the best possible online experience. To make this possible we need to ensure that our services run like a clockwork.
You understand and agree not to:
► post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services;
► act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Equimade.com site, or which impacts the security of the site, or
► employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site.
We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these T&C.
PRICES AND DELIVERY CHARGES
The prices displayed at Equimade.com include the statutory Value Added Tax, but do not include a delivery charge, unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable, i.e. outside the European Union.
From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.
Whilst every effort is made to make sure details on Equimade.com are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able. If products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU (outside European Union) will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price before purchase completion.
The delivery charge for each order will vary, depending on the size and weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is indicated during the check-out process. Our standard delivery fee is 10 €. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.
ORDERING/CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by others.
To use some of the services or features made available to you on Equimade.com you will need to register for an account. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately by email. We may also change the registration requirements from time to time.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Equimade will be completed when we email you to confirm the products have been dispatched. The sale contract is concluded in Stockholm, Sweden and the language of the contract is English. Neither our third-party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of Equimade.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the T&C.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, an Equimade representative will contact you to settle the refund.
You can pay for your products in various ways as set out below.
– Credit or debit card
You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express). The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your card but will not be debited until the products are dispatched. Equimade reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status concerning the order value and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks.
When paying by PayPal, Equimade reserves the right to check the validity of the PayPal account, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your PayPal account but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched from Equimade’s warehouse. Equimade reserves the right to deny any purchase.
– Pay later
The pay later services are provided by Klarna.
As soon as your order has been dispatched in Equimade’s warehouse, you will receive information from Klarna on how and when to complete your payment.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated iby following with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Equimade exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavor to deliver your order to your address, by following with your selected delivery option.
We endeavors to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 days following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Please allow for an extra 1-2 working days for deliveries outside Europe. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, the delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.
If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact us by email.
WITHDRAWAL OF ORDER
You may cancel or return your order from the date you place the order until 28 days after receipt of the ordered items. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund which will not include Equimades’s standard delivery costs.
If the item you have received is defective or if you wish to cancel or return your order, please contact us by email.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
We are sorry that you would like to return something – we really would like to provide you with excellent products.
Items should be returned within 30 days of their delivery date and Equimade guarantees a full refund of the returned items, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on – but then with a protection cover so no hair or bacteria have come in contact with the product) and that any labels or tags should be intact.
The Equimade packaging is considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the products. This is also to ensure that the product(s) arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

Equimade is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these T&C where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on Equimade.com shall be limited to the total price of your order.
COLORS AND MEASUREMENTS
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
An item’s measurements given on Equimade.com are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the model or fit of that specific item, and not a definite guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in its production.
If there are defects in the products you have purchased, Equimade abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by contacting us by email without delay.
Equimade provides a limited warranty to buyers who purchased an Equimade product. Equimade products are warrantied against non-conformance with our material and workmanship specifications for the warranty period as defined in the following link.
OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS
The Equimade name, the configuration and appearance of Equimade products, product brand names (including Hocket and others) and all other intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks, trade dress, slogans and logos (collectively, “Marks”) appearing on Equimade.com are owned by or used according to license by Equimade. The unauthorized use of these Marks is strictly prohibited, and you agree that you will not use these Marks in any way that suggests affiliation with, sponsorship by, or approval by Equimade without its express, written permission.
In addition to the Intellectual property rights mentioned above, Content is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio or text on Equimade.com. We try to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete. Equimade does not promise that Equimade’s content is accurate or error-free.
You agree that you are responsible for the security of your password and user ID at Equimade.com. Keep your password confidential, do not use other users’ accounts, and do not let others use your account; you are responsible for anything that happens through your account even without your permission.
COMPLAINTS AND GOVERNING LAW
If you have a complaint about us, please send us an email giving full details including date of purchase and order reference number where applicable and your full name and address and contact details.
The T&C together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance with the Swedish law and the relevant instituted in Sweden will have exclusive jurisdiction
