The A Step Ahead Hocket Fronts comfort comes from both the construction and the material.

The design does not produce any abrasive pressure on sensitive areas such as shoulders or around the neck of the horse. It also has minimized the inevitable pressure generated by the horse’s size and movement power.

The soft anatomical front, that protects during movement and when the horse lowers the head, has been accomplished by making the front very flexible.

Through a soft flex u-shaped with durable 4D Spacer, filling and foam that acts pressure absorbing.

It's handled from the side, without buckles under the neck. This construction not only makes it more convenient for the horse, but it also facilitates handling.

In between the carbon blended bluesign ® Equifleece and the inside Coolmax ® surface it is an extra layer added to make sure the form will stay in shape.

Hocket System

It is possible to combine different sizes. Therefore, it is easy to find the right combination and fit for the individual sporthorse.

Combine a correctly fitted Hocket Body size (covering back/sides/stomach) with a separate selected size of Hocket Front.

Add a removable Hocket Neck in the right size. The Hocket fits your horse, no matter their conformation.

Ergonomic Handling

The Hocket system enables the horse to move ergonomically whilst eating, stationary and in motion. As well as minimizing the effort for the handler.

The fastenings/openings are placed on the sides so that they don’t disturb the horse and make it more ergonomic and safer for you to handle.

They can be opened with one hand, even when wearing gloves.
